Service and eligibility

The RainDance AI creates approximately 27-second coastal AI videos using two character reference photos. You must be 18 or older, and both depicted people must be adults who permit this use. Public demonstrations feature fictional AI characters. By submitting, you confirm your rights and agree to the Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy.

Credits, payment and delivery

One-time packs cost $9.99 USD for 100 credits, $16.99 for 200 credits or $24.99 for 300 credits. There is no subscription. Credits combine across packs and do not expire. One HD (768p) video uses 100 credits; one 2K video uses 200 credits.

Waffo Pancake processes checkout. Credits are added after payment is verified, rather than solely when you return from checkout. Additional taxes, if applicable, are displayed at checkout. Submit from the generator and follow production in My videos. Finished videos are private, downloadable silent MP4 files in 4:3 format. Download and keep your own copy; a credit balance does not guarantee permanent file hosting.

Generation failures and refund requests

A confirmed generation failure returns the task credits once. If submission status is uncertain, check My videos and contact support before submitting again. Returning credits does not automatically refund a card payment.

For a payment refund, contact support@theraindanceai.com promptly with your account email and order reference. Unused credit packs are eligible for review. Used or partially used packs are ordinarily non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise or the service failed to provide the purchased entitlement. Approved refunds are processed through Waffo to the original payment method, and the corresponding credits are revoked. Bank processing time varies; support will communicate the decision and status. These conditions do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Do not send card numbers or bank credentials.

AI output and portrait permission

Use only photographs you own or are authorized to use, with permission from the people depicted. Do not deceptively impersonate someone, harass a person, distribute unlawful material or represent AI edits as a recording of a real event.

The service uses MiniMax H3 through KIE to generate scenes, then Google Cloud Run to join the parts, remove technical padding and strip audio. AI results can vary in appearance, clothing, movement and scene details; an exact reproduction of every reference detail is not guaranteed.

Independent project and accounts

We are independent of Dave, Tems, their representatives and the model providers, without claimed affiliation or endorsement. Downloads do not include the original song recording. Publishing remains subject to your rights to the media and sound you choose.

Keep your Google account secure and do not access another person's private files or our infrastructure without authorization. Abusive use may be restricted. Material changes to these terms will be published here with an updated date.
