What 100 credits cover

100 credits cover one complete HD (768p) video; 200 credits cover one 2K video. Both are approximately 27 seconds, 4:3 and silent. Credits combine across packs and do not expire. Re-downloading a saved result costs no credits.

Credit validity and file storage are separate

Credits do not expire. Download and keep a copy of your finished videos; a credit balance does not guarantee permanent file hosting.

Confirmed failures should restore the credit

Credits are restored once after a confirmed generation failure. Uncertain requests are checked before a retry or refund to prevent duplicate charges. A credit return is separate from a payment refund.

Before you make your remix

Is RainDance AI free to use?

You can browse the guides and watch the public demonstration for free. Personalized videos use purchased credits; free generation and personalized video previews are not offered.

How much does a RainDance AI video cost?

The listed one-time credit packs are $9.99 for 100 credits, $16.99 for 200 credits and $24.99 for 300 credits. One HD (768p) video uses 100 site credits, so those packs cover one, two or three HD videos respectively. Buying the 100-credit pack gives a price of $9.99 for one HD video. There is no subscription.

How many credits does a video use?

One HD (768p) video uses 100 credits; one 2K video uses 200. Credits can be combined across packs and do not expire. These are your website credits.

Will unused credits expire?

Credits do not expire and there is no recurring payment. Download a copy of your finished video; credits do not include permanent file hosting.

What happens if a generation fails?

A confirmed generation failure restores the task credits once. If a submission is uncertain, check My videos before retrying. Payment refunds are handled separately through support.

Can I purchase a pack now?

Yes. Choose 100, 200 or 300 credits for $9.99, $16.99 or $24.99 USD. These are one-time purchases with no subscription.
