Privacy — Your Photos and Account Data

Accounts and local photo selections

Google sign-in provides your name, email and profile image to create and authenticate your account. We retain account and session records to operate the service. Authentication uses cookies, and a referral source may be stored when you arrive through a tagged link. Hosting and security systems process requests and operational information. Selected portraits are not sent as analytics events.

Selecting a photo alone keeps it in your browser. A sign-in draft temporarily retains selected photos and quality for the login round trip; it is consumed on return and drafts older than 30 minutes are discarded at the next storage access.

Portraits and private videos

When you confirm permission and submit, selected portraits upload automatically to private Cloudflare R2 storage. KIE and MiniMax process character and scene references to generate your video. Google Cloud Run processes the generated parts, and the final silent MP4 is stored privately in R2. These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States.

Your account must authenticate and pass ownership checks to view private portraits and download finished videos. Time-limited, task-scoped access permits the generation and processing providers to retrieve only the inputs required for the task. Customer portraits and videos are not automatically published; public examples use separately approved fictional material.

Account photo drafts remain until removed or replaced; removing a draft does not cancel an active task or delete its submitted snapshot. Finished videos and task records remain associated with your account unless deleted through a support request or required for service operation, payment reconciliation or legal obligations. There is no automatic expiry for stored portraits or videos. Download a copy of results you want to keep.

Payments

Waffo Pancake handles payment card information. We store order identifiers, amounts, payment status and credit transactions, not full card numbers. Transaction records may need to be retained for accounting, refunds and legal obligations even after an account deletion request.

Notification requests

If you previously consented to product notifications, we retain your email, selected interest, consent time and version solely for those notifications. The list is private and accessible only to authorized administrators; it is not sold or sent to AI providers. Records older than 365 days are removed on the next signup or administrator list access. Withdraw consent or request earlier deletion through the support address below. Marketing messages require consent and an unsubscribe method.

Request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent at support@theraindanceai.com. We may verify ownership before acting and retain records required by applicable law. We do not sell your personal information. This service is for adults, and we do not knowingly accept minors' portraits. Material changes to data processing will be reflected in this notice.
