Acceptable Use — Portrait Permissions and Content Safety

Scope

This policy applies to portraits, video requests and AI videos made with this website. Public demonstrations feature fictional people. Customer portraits and videos are private and are not automatically published in a gallery.

Prohibited content and conduct

Do not submit or request:

• Pornography, nudity or sexualized content.
• Graphic violence, gore or material promoting terrorism.
• Hateful or discriminatory abuse.
• Child sexual abuse or exploitation, or portraits of minors for this product.
• Impersonation, deceptive deepfakes or use of someone's likeness without permission.
• Copyright or trademark infringement, including media you are not authorized to use.

Use only authorized portraits of two consenting adults. Do not present AI edits as an authentic recording, harass someone, bypass access controls or probe another user's private files. Source links and project disclaimers do not grant rights to third-party music or footage.

Review and enforcement

Requests are subject to service-provider safety checks and may be rejected. We review reported violations and may restrict access or remove unlawful material. A consent checkbox does not itself verify another person's permission.

Reports about service material are reviewed manually. Confirmed violations can lead to removal of material or restriction of access. We do not promise an automated decision, a round-the-clock moderation team or an automatic cash refund.

Reports and appeals

Contact support@theraindanceai.com with the page or task reference, the concern and any information needed to assess your rights. Do not send API keys or private portraits in an initial message. Use the same channel to request reconsideration of a decision. This policy is read with our Terms and Privacy Policy.
